Definitely rare in its style, and paper suggest closer to 1830s than later. The issuer is listed in Vlack, but not the type. Left end, under title, Archimedes levers the globe. Upper right, Mercury on shore, ship (adapted from Asher b. Durand). Only one we have seen.
