PMG Choice Uncirculated 63, Proof
The note features the equivalent of a panoramic view with a vignette of Commerce, Prosperity, and Navigation flanked by vignettes of a train crossing a bridge in the distance and sailing vessels stretching across the note. This is a so-called proprietary proof printed by ABNCo from the original plate during the 20th century. It is not believed that this design was ever adopted and while one regular proof with protectors appeared in the 1990 ABNCo Archives sale, proprietary proofs may be the only realistic way to acquire the design.
