The Peru 5,000 Intis Banknote is part of the 1985-1991 Inti series where the inti replaced the sol de oro at a rate of 1:1,000. This banknote issued in 1988 has shades of purple, green, red, and blue. The obverse side features naval battle hero Miguel Grau, as well as Peru’s Coat of Arms. The reverse side shows three fishermen in a boat with nets and ropes.
